Problem Statement

Scaling a large design team on a mission-critical banking platform risked inconsistency, compliance gaps, and slower delivery without a shared operating model and quality bar.

I created and led the design-governance layer — defining standards, review rituals, and a scalable operating model that let a big team move fast without breaking consistency or compliance.
